Responsibilities
Own bloomie’s entire GTM motion—from positioning to pipeline.
Turn a strong product into a category-defining brand.
Build and scale marketing from zero to something that compounds.
Work directly with founders, product, and sales to find and push product-market fit.
Drive real growth—pipeline, revenue, and market pull (not vanity metrics).
Co-Founder Responsibilities
We are looking for our next CMO to operate as a co-founder / late-stage founder—not just a functional leader.
Be part of the core decision-making group shaping bloomie’s direction, strategy, and priorities.
Actively contribute beyond marketing—across product, growth, hiring, and company building.
Represent bloomie externally with credibility—across customers, partners, talent, and investors.
Take shared responsibility for company outcomes, not just marketing metrics.
Help define the culture, standards, and pace of execution as we scale.
Bring strong opinions, challenge assumptions, and help make better decisions as a team.
Qualifications
You’ve done B2B SaaS GTM before—and actually shipped, not just managed.
HR tech / ATS experience is a big plus (you understand the pain deeply).
You operate like an owner: high agency, fast execution, no waiting for permission.
You’re comfortable operating beyond your function—thinking in terms of company outcomes, not just marketing outputs.
