We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust web applications across the entire stack. You will work on exciting new features, improve existing systems, and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and beyond

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into functional solutions.

• Develop and maintain robust backend APIs, services, and databases.

• Build intuitive and engaging user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.

• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping shape the future of our technical stack.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them where appropriate to improve our products and processes.

• Mentor junior engineers (if applicable to the seniority level).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+v years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role.

• Strong Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework/library: e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte.

• Strong Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework: e.g., Node.js (Express, NestJS), Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, Go, Java (Spring Boot), C# (.NET).

• Solid understanding of database systems: Relational PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).

• Experience with API design and development: RESTful APIs, GraphQL.

• Proficiency with version control systems: Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).

• Understanding of cloud platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar is a plus.

• Knowledge of testing methodologies: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
