About the Team
The Go-to-Market (GTM) Expert team is instrumental in shaping bloomie's market penetration strategies and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our key products and services. This team is currently focused on optimizing our internal sales enablement frameworks, refining our product launch playbooks, and enhancing cross-functional alignment between product development, marketing, and sales operations. The business justification for this role stems from the critical need to accelerate our market growth in key European regions. The team's objectives include driving internal process efficiencies, leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making, and fostering robust internal partnerships to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new product launches and existing portfolio enhancements, aligning with bloomie's overarching business objectives and internal roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless internal communication and execution of GTM plans, utilizing our internal project management suite.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders to inform product positioning and strategic decision-making.
Design and implement internal sales enablement programs, including training materials, pitch decks, and battle cards, to equip our sales force with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership through our internal analytics dashboards.
Drive the adoption of best practices in GTM planning and execution across various internal business units, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and strategic planning sessions to align internal teams on GTM objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with market entry and product adoption, developing contingency plans in collaboration with relevant internal departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in Go-to-Market strategy development and execution within a complex organizational structure.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable GTM strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to diverse internal audiences.
