About the Role & Team
We operate as a distributed, fully remote team with members across Zurich, Hungary, Greece, and beyond. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will help us expand our client base across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with a remote team to introduce our candidate evaluation platform to talent acquisition teams, learning full-cycle B2B SaaS sales along the way.
Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Discovery: Identify and reach out to key prospects, including Talent Acquisition leads, HR managers, and hiring teams.
Initial Discovery: Run introductory calls to understand prospective clients' hiring bottlenecks and show how Bloomie simplifies hiring.
Product Walkthroughs: Present clear, simple product demos demonstrating how hiring managers can launch gamified assessments without needing IT setup.
CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clean, accurate records of prospect interactions, follow-ups, and deal statuses in our CRM.
Remote Collaboration: Coordinate with remote team members across sales, product, and customer onboarding to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Location & Setup: Based in an EMEA time zone with a reliable home-office setup and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages (such as Greek, Hungarian, or German) are a plus.
Communication: Clear, direct communication skills with a strong comfort level conducting phone and video meetings.
Tech-Savvy: Quick to pick up new software tools and comfortable explaining technical products in simple, non-technical terms.
Plus points
Up to 1–2 years of experience or internships in sales, customer support, or recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
Interest in gamification, HR technology, or the recruitment industry.
