About the Team
The Marketing team at bloomie is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across our strategic markets. This team is currently focused on optimizing our internal CRM platform for targeted campaigns and developing a unified brand strategy for upcoming product launches, ensuring alignment with our internal growth metrics. The Marketing Lead will be instrumental in expanding our market penetration from our London hub, while also supporting key initiatives for our growing presence in Munich, Germany, to ensure localized relevance and global brand consistency.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with bloomie's overarching business objectives and internal growth metrics.
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, utilizing internal analytics dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and data science teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign execution across all internal stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and report on ROI to senior leadership using internal financial reporting tools and established protocols.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making within the internal planning cycles.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to internal style guides and compliance standards.
Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the department.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or lead role within the e-commerce or tech industry.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy, with a strong understanding of internal platform integrations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, interpret complex data, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency with internal CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with distributed teams across locations like London and Munich.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques using internal experimentation tools.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
A deep understanding of consumer behavior in the online retail space and experience in developing customer segmentation strategies.
Certification in relevant marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) or project management (e.g., PMP).
Proficiency in a second language, particularly German, to support initiatives in the Munich market.
