About the Team

The Integration Management team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across bloomie's diverse enterprise architecture. Currently, the team is focused on critical projects involving the consolidation of legacy systems with new cloud-native platforms and optimizing our global data synchronization initiatives. This role, based primarily in Switzerland, is essential for enhancing our operational efficiency and supporting strategic business expansion by establishing robust and scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions across various internal systems and external platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Drive strategic planning for integration roadmaps, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology adoption to enhance overall system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from conceptualization and architectural design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, adhering to internal governance frameworks.
  • Mentor junior integration specialists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of best practices in integration development and management.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and architectural decisions, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate integration-related risks, developing contingency plans and implementing robust monitoring solutions to ensure system stability and data integrity.
  • Evaluate and recommend new integration technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve our integration capabilities and support future business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in integration architecture, design, and development, with a strong focus on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven expertise with various integration patterns, protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, MQ), and platforms (e.g., ESB, iPaaS).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, API management, and security best practices in integration contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS Integration Services, Azure Integration Services, Google Cloud Integration).
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices in an integration context.
  • Certifications in relevant integration technologies or cloud platforms.
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding of international data privacy regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
