About the Role đź’Ą
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Portugal to help us grow.
This is not a “small cog in a giant machine” sales role. At Bloomie, you’ll work directly with founders, product teams, and decision-makers across the business. Your work will have a visible impact from day one.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our outbound strategy, opening conversations with HR leaders and founders, and helping bring Bloomie to companies across Europe.

What You’ll Do 💬
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Identify and engage HR leaders, founders, and decision-makers across Europe
Run discovery conversations to understand hiring challenges and showcase Bloomie’s value
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and PR teams to share customer insights
Help shape and improve our outbound sales playbook as we scale
Represent Bloomie with energy, curiosity, and confidence across the European market
What We’re Looking For ⚡
Some experience in sales, lead generation, customer-facing roles, or internships (SaaS/HR Tech is a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication skills in English — both written and spoken
Confidence reaching out to new people and starting conversations
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the motivation to learn fast
Interest in startups, technology, and the future of recruitment
Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
Based in Portugal and comfortable working remotely with an international team
