AI/ML Engineer About Forgis

“The defence of our liberty begins in the factory”

A West that cannot build cannot defend itself, cannot set its own terms, cannot stay free. For a generation

the West treated its industrial base as a cost to be exported and woke up dependent, for the things that

matter most, on supply chains it does not control. Bringing production home is no longer nostalgia. It is

sovereignty. But reshoring cannot win the way the old factories lost: on cheap labour. It can only win on

intelligence.

That is what Forgis builds, the intelligent layer for manufacturing plants. An orchestration platform that

integrates machines across vendors, hardware types, and applications, and brings real-time intelligence on

top: digital engineers that learn from data, make decisions, and continuously optimise production, from

configuring and validating lines to predicting failures and guiding operators. From a single interface, Forgis

turns disconnected automation into a unified, adaptive system: the factory's brain, Hyperion.

Your Role

AI/ML-Engineers at Forgis develop and deploy some of the most advanced machine learning models in

industrial environments. We work across a multitude of data modalities: time-series, vision, tabular and

natural language. Your goal is to be part of a team and contribute to building these world class in-house

machine learning models, deployed at all levels of the stack; edge, prem and cloud. You need to be proficient

in finding the signal in the noise when working with large and noisy data, when data is not present, you will

lead the team in planning how to get the data you require to win out. The job is not to just create models, the

job is to understand how unused data can be used to automate in Billion-Dollar settings and building that

pipeline.
